The Judges decision is final.
Competitions are open to all residents in the UK, Republic of Ireland and France over 18 years of age, excluding employees of Cinch Cell and any agencies professionally connected with this promotion.
Only one prize per person.
Winners will be notified by email at the end of every competition. Winners will be shown on the website after this date.
Deadline for the first prize giveaway is 30th May. Winners will be notified by 3rd June.
Cinch Cell reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.

Definitions
'User' - all users of the Website including persons uploading Photographic Content and persons viewing Photographic Content.
'Photographic Content' - any photographic material uploaded by Users onto the Website.
'We' / 'Us' / 'Our': Cinch Cell Ltd.

Terms of Use
Before using the Website you must accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy as published on the Website. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you must not use the Website.
In order to use the Website you warrant to us that:
a. You are over 18 (eighteen) years of age. If we suspect that you are not over 18 then we have the right to terminate your registration.
b. In registering as a member the details you provide are correct, true and current. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep your details confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your membership you must notify us immediately.
c. You will comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you breach any of the these Terms and Conditions you agree to indemnify us against any claim that may be made by any third party in respect of your use of the Website.
Uploading Photographic Content
The Website can only be used by you for your personal, non-commercial use.
By uploading Photographic Content onto the Website you warrant to us that:
a. You are the sole creator and owner of the Photographic Content and have full rights to upload it onto the Website.
b. Any persons appearing in your Photographic Content have given you their full permission for you to publish the Photographic Content on the Website.
c. The Photographic Content does not contain any third party copyright material (for example music and photographic footage which you have not created yourself).
d. Nothing in the Photographic Content is unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, obscene or defamatory (for further clarification please refer to the 'Taste and Offence' guidelines published on the Website).
e. The Photographic Content does not contain any software virus, computer code or other matter which may interfere with any system in any way whatsoever.
f. You shall only use the Website in accordance with the instructions posted on the Website and shall not in any way attempt to circumvent any restrictions in the Website.
g. Any Photographic Content shall not advertise, promote or endorse any products or services.
h. If you are under 18 years of age that you have the consent of your parent / guardian to use the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you are under 16 year of age your parent / guardian must complete and return the Consent Form on the Website.
We retain the right at its sole discretion to remove any Photographic Content from the Website which we suspect may be in breach of any of the above provisions and terminate the registration of the User whom we suspect of uploading infringing Photographic Content.
Any software provided by Cinch for your use in connection with uploading Photographic Content remains our sole property and you may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise use the software except for the purpose of uploading the Photographic Content.
Rights
By uploading Photographic Content onto the Website you grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free unlimited licence to reproduce copy distribute and otherwise exploit the Photographic Content in any and all media (whether now known or hereinafter invented) including but not limited to on the Website and by means of television broadcast.
Except for the Photographic Content all material on the Website is and shall remain at all times the sole property of Cinch.
Use of Website
You shall not download, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast or exploit in any way any material on the Website.
We do not give any warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information, statement, or other material contained on the Website.
We are not responsible for the content of any third party websites that may be accessible via the Website and you will access any such third party websites at your sole risk.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that we do not take any responsibility nor give any warranties (express or implied) or representations of any kind as to any material held on the Website and you access the Website at your sole risk. You will have no claim against us, and we shall have no liability for any damage or alleged damage whatsoever in connection with your use of the Website to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Cinch makes no representation that the Website is appropriate for use outside of the United Kingdom If you access the site from a location outside of the United Kingdom you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
General
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify Users of any changes by putting a notice on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such change notice has been posted will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Any information you provide to us will only be used by us in connection with the administration of the Website except that in the event that a criminal offence has been committed then we may pass your information onto the Police, legal advisors or other regulatory bodies.
If you suspect that there is an infringement of a third party rights this should be notified to us at the address set out below with full details of your complaint (including identification of the material and why you suspect it is an infringement).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal invalid or unenforceable it shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
